Types of data collected
The site can collect:
- Personal and contact information (first name, last name, e-mail, telephone).
- Browsing data (IP address, browser type, access log).
- Cookies and similar technologies (see dedicated section).
- Data entered in contact forms.

Google Analytics 4
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. GA4 collects data in aggregate form about site usage for statistical purposes.
IP address anonymization has been enabled: this means that users’ IP addresses are truncated within the European Union before being transmitted to Google. In
this way it is not possible to directly identify the individual visitor.
Data collected by GA4 may include information about the device, browser, browsing behavior (pages visited, dwell time, interactions), but do not allow direct identification of the user. “User-ID” functionality is not used.
Cloudflare Turnstile
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. with headquarters in the United States and offices in the European Union, to protect contact forms from spam and
automated traffic (bots). Turnstile collects some technical information about your device and browsing activity (e.g. IP address, user agent, session duration, browser behavior)
exclusively for security and abuse prevention purposes.
Unlike Google reCAPTCHA, Turnstile does not use the collected data for advertising or profiling purposes and does not store marketing cookies on the user’s device.
Cloudflare’s processing of data is done in compliance with the GDPR and the principles of minimization and security.

The User may contact the Owner through the appropriate form, by browsing the Site, or by e-mail and/or phone number. In connection with these activities, the Owner collects personal data
about Users.
This Site and any services offered through the Site are restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Therefore, the Holder does not collect personal data related to individuals under the age of 18. Upon the request of Users, the Controller will promptly delete all personal data unintentionally collected relating to individuals under the age of 18.
In particular, Users’ personal data will be lawfully processed for the following processing purposes:
Purpose and legal basis for processing
Personal data are processed for:
- Fulfilling the User’s request: personal data of Users are collected and processed by the Owner for the sole purpose of fulfilling their request. User data collected by the Owner for this purpose include
[first name, last name and email address] and any additional User data that may have been voluntarily and voluntarily disclosed by the User. No other processing will be carried out by the Owner in relation to Users’ personal data. Notwithstanding the provisions elsewhere in this privacy policy, under no circumstances will the Owner make Users’ personal data accessible to other Users and/or third parties. - administrative-accounting purposes, that is, to carry out activities of an organizational, administrative, financial and accounting nature, such as internal organizational activities and activities functional to the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations;
- legal obligations, i.e. to comply with obligations required by law, an authority, a regulation or European legislation.
The provision of personal data for the above-mentioned processing purposes is optional but necessary, as failure to provide such data will make it impossible for the User to make his/her request to the Controller. - sending newsletters and promotional material, i.e., sending communications of a promotional, informative etc. nature, to enable the user to stay up-to-date.
The provision of personal data for the processing purposes indicated above, is optional but necessary for the performance of the service.
Legal Basis
- Processing of the User’s request (as described in par. 3, lett. (a)): the legal basis consists of Art. 6, para. 1, lett. b) of the Regulations, insofar as the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract and/or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the User.
- Administrative-accounting purposes (as described in Sec. 3(b)): the legal basis consists of Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulations, insofar as the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract and/or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the User’s request.
- Legal obligations (as described by Sec. 3(c) above): the legal basis consists of Art. 6(1)(c) of the Regulations, as the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject.
- Consent (as described by Sec. 3(d) above): the legal basis consisting of Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulations, as the processing can only be carried out after collecting the consent of the data subject.
Mode of treatment
Data are processed using computer and paper-based tools, taking appropriate measures to ensure their security and confidentiality.
Data recipients
The personal data of Users may come to the attention of the employees and/or collaborators of the Owner in charge of managing the Site and Users’ requests. Such individuals, who have been instructed to do so by the Owner pursuant to Art. 29 of the Regulations, will process Users’ data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this notice and in compliance with the provisions of the Applicable Regulations.
Data may be disclosed to:
- Consultants and professionals (e.g., tax, legal).
- IT service providers and hosting.
- Third party technical service providers (e.g., site maintenance, payment systems).
- Subjects to whom disclosure is imposed by legal requirements.
These individuals, will be appointed – with appropriate agreement – as External Data Processors, ex. Article 28 of the Regulations. The list of responsible parties can be requested at any time from the Data Controller.
Data retention time
Personal data are kept for the time strictly necessary to pursue the stated purposes.
- Contact data: maximum 24 months since last interaction.
- Contractual and fiscal data: 10 years (legal requirement).
- Cookies: according to the durations indicated in the cookie banner.
Extra-EU data transfer
Some services (e.g., Google, Meta) may involve data transfers to countries outside the EU. In such cases, the Holder will ensure that the transfer is made in accordance with the Regulations
Applicable and, in particular, in accordance with Articles 45 (Transfer on the basis of an adequacy decision) and 46 (Transfer subject to adequate safeguards) of the Regulations.

The site uses technical, analytical and, with prior consent, profiling and third-party cookies.
